General
The owner of the online store tavaline.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is 3B Solutions OÜ (registry code 12620653), located at Käo 11, Tallinn.

The Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price is subject to an additional fee for delivery. All prices of the products sold in the Online Store are in EUR.
All prices include value-added tax (VAT).
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.
Placing an Order
To place an order, the Customer selects a suitable product and size from the tavaline.ee online store and adds it to the shopping cart. To place the order, the required fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen and can be securely paid using the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Montonio bank link
Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card information. The agreement enters into force once the payment amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the data controller and will forward the personal data necessary for processing the payment to the authorized processor, Montonio Finance UAB.
The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded and order fulfillment will begin once the Customer has paid for the goods in full.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the notification.
Delivery Terms
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania.
To receive the goods, the buyer can choose from the following delivery options: DPD Eesti AS, Itella Estonia OÜ, and Omniva AS parcel machines.
The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the selected delivery method.
Domestic (Estonian) shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1–5 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement.
EU shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-10 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
If the goods ordered by the Customer cannot be delivered at the time or in the manner specified in the agreement, the Customer will be nitified as soon as possible and offered a suitable alternative solution or the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the returned goods must be new, unused, and in unopened packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been damaged or altered by the Customer.
If the product shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the decrease in the product’s value.
To return the goods, a free-form return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order via email to info@tavaline.ee.
The return request must include the Customer’s name and order number.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the delivered product does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the return request or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that time frame.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request, all payments received from the buyer under the contract (excluding shipping costs).
The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent back the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request the return of the goods from the buyer if the product price in the Online Store was mistakenly listed significantly below the market value due to an error.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the date the goods were delivered to the buyer. Within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to prove otherwise.
If a defect appears, the buyer must contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to info@tavaline.ee.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has a defect for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
